The post below, showing a cross section of the male urinary tract, and the urethra in particular, (I could not find a good image of a female urinary tract, sorry) is intendeed for public use. The original image is quite old, and may or may not be copyrighted; but, I have appropriated it for use as agitprop in regards to the institutionalization of the widespread practice of urine testing. Anyone viewing this post may appropriate and use it as they see fit; I make no ownership claims here--its purpose is to get people to think about, and become angry over, the prevalance of such intrusive methods of invading a person's privacy. The Situationists call this use aof an image, Detournment. The text changes the significance of the original image, which was primarilly used as a medical illustration.
